IPS StoreOps

FIELD EXPERIENCE SINCE 2017.

BUILT ON THE
STORE FLOOR.
DESIGNED FOR
DELIVERY.

IPS StoreOps comes from hands-on retail execution: the work that has to happen inside a live store for a concept to change, a fixture plan to become real and a store to be ready for its next trading day.

We bring one operational line to work that is too often fragmented: fixture work, stock movement, store filling, merchandising, labelling and final control.

FIELD EXPERIENCE SINCE 2017.

Ludovic Martin began in retail store execution in 2017, initially delivering fixture installation for B&M store projects. The experience quickly developed into direct operational work with B&M France.

FROM FIXTURE WORK TO FULL STORE TRANSFORMATION.

From 2019 to 2023, Ludovic Martin and his operational teams supported B&M France through the Babou conversion programme. The work went far beyond fixture installation: store transformation, openings, stock movement, store filling and merchandising support were delivered across the programme.

That experience shaped the delivery model behind IPS StoreOps: one team able to understand the full store objective and keep the project moving from one task to the next.

ONE TEAM. THE WHOLE STORE. ONE DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY.

Store transformation often slows down at the hand-off between suppliers. IPS StoreOps was built to remove that friction. We work through one dedicated IPS point of contact for the entire intervention, from preparation through to final control, supported by field teams trained to work across the full delivery sequence.

A team can move from fixture work to merchandising, filling, labelling or the next operational priority without waiting for another supplier to take over. The result is simple: the store keeps moving forward.

BUILT FOR THE HOURS WHEN THE STORE CAN CHANGE.

Our teams are trained and organised for overnight delivery, allowing the store to remain open to customers during the day where project conditions allow. Overnight execution gives the team the focus and uninterrupted working conditions needed to complete the agreed sequence, control the result and prepare the store for the next trading day.

DELIVERY IS NEVER LEFT ON AUTOPILOT.

Ludovic Martin leads the operational review, delivery planning and final quality control for each IPS StoreOps project.

The work starts by understanding the client’s store concept in the detail required to apply it faithfully on site. We then keep improving the way the work is prepared and delivered: finding practical procedures that save the client time while protecting the tailored service and quality the project requires.

GOOD ENOUGH IS NOT THE FINISH LINE.

Three operating commitments

01 — UNDERSTAND THE STORE

Learn the client’s concept, priorities and operating reality before acting.

02 — KEEP THE PROJECT MOVING

Use one coordinated IPS team so progress does not stop at the boundary between tasks.

03 — HAND BACK A CONTROLLED RESULT

Check the work, the store condition and the agreed scope before handback.

A CLEAR METHOD. A RESPONSIBLE HANDOVER.

Whether the project is a focused overnight intervention or a multi-site transformation programme, IPS StoreOps starts with the real store, the real scope and the real operating conditions. We then build the delivery sequence around what the client needs to achieve.

Historical B&M work was led by Ludovic Martin and his operational teams. It is presented as experience behind IPS StoreOps and does not imply that the current legal identity existed during the programme.
