Cross-Border Delivery

ONE DELIVERY TEAM. ONE CLEAR OPERATING LINE.

English is the working language for cross-border projects.

From the first review through to handback, IPS StoreOps provides one clear operating line: one IPS point of contact, plan and scope review, team mobilisation, transport and accommodation planning, country-specific required declarations and documentation, daily photo/video reporting and final on-site control.

For larger programmes, an in-person planning meeting at the client’s head office is scheduled around the client’s availability, so that the delivery plan is aligned before mobilisation begins.

Feasibility Review

REVIEW THE PROJECT. THEN COMMIT THE DELIVERY.

We review the real operating conditions before confirming a quotation, field team or delivery date.

A cross-border store project cannot be planned responsibly from generic information alone. Before confirming a quotation, field team or delivery date, IPS StoreOps reviews the current and target plans, required scope, store volume, access, safety constraints, operating timetable, delivery readiness, transport conditions and local requirements.

This review allows us to build a delivery sequence that can be staffed, scheduled and controlled around the real store — not a generic promise.

Operational Division

CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES. ONE COORDINATED INTERVENTION.

The client and its suppliers remain responsible for supplying the fixtures, merchandise and other project materials. IPS StoreOps reviews their readiness as part of the delivery plan, then organises and carries out the agreed on-site intervention.

Depending on the agreed scope, we can work alongside the client’s existing suppliers or coordinate a complete operational sequence across fixture work, stock movement, store filling and merchandising.

Where fixture sourcing is still open, IPS StoreOps can help compare suitable manufacturers and fixture options around specification, durability, installation constraints and budget.

Frequently Asked Question

Can IPS StoreOps deliver retail projects outside France?

Yes. IPS StoreOps reviews retail transformation projects across Europe, including store refits, concept changes, fixture work, store filling, merchandising and multi-site programmes.

Historical case studies shown on this site were mainly delivered in France. They demonstrate the operating method and field experience; they are not presented as completed projects in every European country.

Before accepting a project, IPS StoreOps reviews the real operating conditions: whether the project is feasible, whether the client can meet the necessary conditions, and whether the required people, access, materials and decisions will be ready.

A clear scope of work is then prepared and must be respected. Team mobilisation, travel, store rules, project paperwork and the delivery plan are confirmed only after this review. English is the working language for cross-border projects.
