A multi-site rollout only works when each store receives the same attention to planning, execution and handback. IPS StoreOps coordinates parallel retail interventions through dedicated team leads, trained field teams and one operating rhythm across the programme.
Each team works with its own IPS team lead: a person who knows the project sequence, the assigned people and the daily objective for that location. The team lead distributes work, follows progress, identifies issues early and remains the operational link between the store, the client and IPS StoreOps.
Before work begins, we define the required sequence for each location: fixture work, store layout, stock movement, merchandising, labelling where included, cleaning and handback. Progress is checked against the agreed daily objective. If an issue appears, we identify it early, present practical options and agree the recovery action with the client.
Our field teams are trained across the delivery sequence, rather than being restricted to one isolated task. This keeps the project moving: where one activity must wait, the team can progress another agreed part of the intervention. Additional resource can be considered when the situation requires it, subject to availability and client agreement.
Clients receive regular photo and video updates from the field. For larger or sensitive projects, live video calls can also be arranged so the designated client contact can review the real situation, raise priorities and make decisions without needing to be physically present at every location.
Every rollout is planned around the agreed delivery date for each store. IPS StoreOps does not treat a delay as normal operating practice: the programme is monitored store by store, night by night, so corrective action can be taken before the planned handback is at risk.
Yes. IPS StoreOps can organise multi-site retail programmes with one trained team leader assigned to each operational team. Each team works from a defined nightly plan, with clear tasks and measurable progress. Because the teams are cross-trained across fixture work, store filling, merchandising and price-ticket work, the operation can continue moving when priorities change on site. Where a project requires it, IPS StoreOps can reinforce a team on a temporary basis, subject to operational availability and agreement with the client. This provides an additional way to respond to an unexpected issue or protect an agreed opening date. Daily photo and video reporting gives the client a clear view of progress throughout the programme.
